15th Annual Conference: I am not Alone: Tools for Caregiving

Description Alzheimer’s disease or a dementia is a growing problem that impacts both the person as well as their family caregivers. This full-day conference is designed to incorporate relevant research around the disease and caregiving as well as highlight available services and supports for caregivers and families. Participants will learn strategies to use daily to promote well-being in elders and their families.
