Wed, June 10th: Can Dementia be Prevented?: Developing dementia is one of the biggest concerns people have as they age. While there is not a magic pill that will keep you from getting Alzheimer’s disease, there are key aspects of medical and lifestyle management that are essential to brain health and prevention of cognitive decline. Join Dr. Allan Anderson to learn more!

Wed, June 17th: Give Your Brain a Workout: Keeping your brain active is an important aspect of reducing risk of cognitive decline. Dr. Dev Ashish will discuss brain fitness programs, what you can do to stimulate your brain, enhance brain function, and adjust or compensate for areas where one might have memory difficulties.
