Dementia Caregiver Self-Care: Taking care of you

Join us for the 2019 mini-conference series where Banner Alzheimer's Institute focuses on the basics and beyond of Alzheimer's or related dementias and its impact on our community. Arizona has the highest projected growth rate of Alzheimer's disease in the country, making it so important to understand and get involved. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from and interact with noted Banner medical professionals and community experts.

This workshop is designed for caregivers of persons with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Caregiving can be rewarding, yet also demanding. While important, sometimes finding time for yourself is difficult. Learn strategies to help you find both the resources you need, as well as ways to better manage the emotional impact of caregiving so you can carve out time for yourself and maintain better balance.

Co-Presented with Pima Council on Aging.
