Behaviors and Communication: Expressing What Words Cannot VIRTUAL
People living with dementia commonly experience changes in their ability to communicate effectively, therefore behaviors become a way to express needs. By learning effective ways to improve your communication skills, difficult behaviors can be minimized improving your person’s comfort while reducing your level of stress. This is an interactive program with use of vignettes to apply information learned.
In order to participate in this event, you must have an internet connection, a computer and/or a phone.
