Tai Chi for Alzheimer's Wellness Series

Join us in a program dedicated to connecting your physical and emotional health with our Tai Chi for Alzheimer’s Wellness Series. This virtual program is open to those with mild to moderate memory loss and their care partners. The paced program incorporates 15-minute intervals of Tai Chi work, separated with breaks including mindfulness activities and socialization.
Throughout the 6-week series, participants will learn to actively explore their surroundings. Themed discussions led by Desert Botanical Garden will guide each 90-minute session in Tai Chi exercises, mindful movement and create social connections with other participants. Experience the benefits of the practice known to increase longevity, enhance vitality and strength and make you present in your daily life. Practicing and awakening our power of self-energy from the comfort of your own home.
